✅ User Research: A practical approach to collecting and analyzing data to better understand user needs.

✅ Persona Building: Learn how to create a real user persona step by step based on actual user insights.

✅ Wireframing:
• Designing wireframes for two complete applications.
• Practicing manual sketching using paper and pen.
• Converting sketches into digital wireframes.
